Senior Principal Infrastructure Engineer Washington, DC (Initial remote) 12 Months 15+ Years Experience in the following:
- Infrastructure Engineer with a hands-on experience.
- Building robust Middleware environments

Required Skills: - Hands On technical experience with one or more Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) - Experience helping drive and identifying solutions with due diligence across Cloud, Cloud native, and DevOps solutions - Can clearly articulate a vision and define a roadmap to be socialized at leadership and peer level - Hands on technical experience with Cloud but are capable of driving architecture discussions, leading in architecture review boards, and have demonstrated ability to build and scale hybrid infrastructure - Hands on experience as a DevOps engineer as well as driven DevOps as a practice and not just as a team in the organization - Have experience building Cloud landing zones and basic infrastructure and capable of automating all the additional tasks across all accounts from Sandbox to Production - Have experience championing solutions and products (and then managing and offering Product as a service) - Hands on experience with engineering downstream Cloud capabilities and worked across different teams within Infrastructure, Operations, Security, as well as internal customers (development and other teams) to deliver solutions. - Experience with DevTestSecOps, hands-on with building a CI/CD pipeline, Policy as Code, and ability to build immutable infrastructure - 3-5 years of experience with Terraform or other tools for Infrastructure as Code tool and are experienced in building, scaling, managing core infrastructure components - 5+ Ansible to codify configuration management and deployment activities - 5+ years of experience leveraging Jenkins or other CI/CD tools, including ArgoCD, to build a complete pipeline - 3-5 years of experience in Kubernetes orchestration and have expertise in at least 2 different implementations (OpenShift, EKS, Rancher, Platform9, GKE, etc.) - 5-7 years of extensive experience in building and scaling Landing Zones but also architecting the landing zone - 5+ years of demonstrated experience in developing concepts, research tech stacks and platforms, present a clear business value, and get buy-in for business solutions - You can shift focus, wear multiple hats, engage in various discussions around architecture and are highly technical with hands-on engineering and coding - At least 3-5 years of experience with Python or other programming language with your previous efforts available in a git to share - 5+ years of experience advising, supporting, and implementing leadership goals and vision around technical roadmap strategies in the healthcare industry.
