Job Description
As a Product Line Manager for Unified Identity Platform, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of SaaS account experiences across a product portfolio, spanning both on-demand accounts from third party cloud providers as well as direct sales, from account creation through renewal and end of life.
This is a highly visible and strategic role responsible for defining and executing the Unified Identity Platform’s vision, strategy and roadmap. The identity platform will serve the identity and access management needs of all the FireEye products. The successful candidate must be an independent and critical thinker with demonstrated success delivering excellent identity and access experiences to customers.
What you will do:- Working with different stakeholders across organization, you will be leading the entire life cycle of key identity and access management (IAM) features and capabilities.
- Define a winning strategy that balances long-term success with short-term customer and product needs.
- Collaborate with different product leads to align and execute on the strategic IAM priorities for platform and different products.
- Responsible for capturing market, customer, and product requirements and working closely with engineering, architecture and UX teams to execute Unified Identity Platform roadmap.
- Provide subject matter expertise and explain product vision to product designers, scrum teams and architects to ensure requirements are understood and customer value is delivered.
- Own the consistent logon experience across all FireEye products.
- Responsible for user on-boarding, account activation, account management, credential discovery, MFA, and Single Sign on experiences.
Qualifications
Requirements:- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in IAM space.
- Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management, RBAC/ABAC, MFA, SSO, concepts.
- Experience working with one or more Cloud Identity Providers – Azure AD, Okta, Ping, Oracle, OneLogin, Google etc.
- Track record of launching successful new enterprise SaaS products to market.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think and act strategically, and pay attention to details.

Incentive Compensation: Eligibility for annual bonus subject to individual and company performance; eligibility for award of Restricted Stock Units subject to eligibility requirements, approval from FireEye’s Compensation Committee, and vesting terms
