Key Responsibilities Manage seamless delivery of digital projects across multiple Client accounts Create Project Plans and monitor Project progress and Delivery quality Work closely with the Customers and collaborate with multiple groups in the customer organization Strong Stakeholder management through Reporting and Governance Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team Facilitating discussion decision making and conflict resolution risk management Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment Supporting and educating the Product Owner especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog Troubleshoot project issues with senior leaders and engage appropriate resources as needed Proactively work to improve delivery quality repeatability and on time delivery of key projects Conduct status reviews with project team and leadership on a regular basis Roles: Candidate must have at least 8 to 10 years of end to end IT Project management experience Must have experience in leading a lar ge digital implementation project end to end Must have excellent communication and presentation skills Must have strong customer or stakeholder management experience Proven project management experience in a fast paced development or infrastructure environment Experience in leading complex project management and change initiatives Preferable to have lead Cloud based implementation project Preferable but not required to have Project Management Professional PMP Certification or has attended Project Management Training Workshop CSM or equal certification will be a big plus else Agile based experience required
