Underwrite real estate investments:
Coordinate the collection and analysis of due diligence
Develop project pro forma
Assess market/submarket trends, comps, etc.
Evaluate sponsor track record, reputation, incentives
Support in the drafting and presentation of Investment Committee memos
Assist in the closing process
Asset Management
Review quarterly and monthly reporting
Maintain pro formas
Conduct hold-sell analyses
Assist in calculating quarterly net asset valuations
Assist with preparation of updated plans
Assist with loan pay-offs and equity dispositions
Requirements
Strong appetite for challenging work
High level of interest in investment management and real estate
Must be self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented and fast paced environment
Bachelor?s degree
