Our Recruitment Marketing Strategy team is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Reporting Analyst to support day-to-day operational hiring, talent acquisition, recruitment marketing data analytics, and reporting for our federal client.

Job Responsibilities

Update recruitment marketing reports across various channels (such as job boards, social media channels, and other vendors) to ensure information is available to internal and client stakeholders. Manage shared tracking templates and SOW/contractual reporting deliverables to measure and communicate attainment of objectives. Stay informed about industry trends, market landscape and competitor news that affect the need for talent, as well as external factors that impact the talent pool (e.g., shortages, graduation rates, unemployment rates, demographic issues, etc.). and compile reports to inform key stakeholders, drive strategic recruitment planning goals and provide insights to help build and strengthen targeted recruitment marketing campaigns. Partner with the recruitment marketing strategy team to uncover insights to make data-driven automations and optimizations that align with recruitment marketing strategy and goals. Define, design, analyze, deliver, and enhance ad hoc reports and reporting requirements. Adhere to a tight schedule of deliverable due dates and communicate clearly with team and stakeholders about priorities and any risk to dates. Educate stakeholders on process and/or reporting timelines and requirements. Gain a full understanding of the client recruitment marketing processes in order to provide high quality and value-add support. Produce standardized reports to communicate KPIs across components such as applications, recruitment sources, marketing costs, and other data as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruitment marketing, data / reporting or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in a marketing/reporting focused role analyzing data and translating into actionable insights to influence decisions.

Other Job Specific Skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. Experience in a research/reporting focused role with proven capability of analyzing data and translating into actionable insights to influence decisions. Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. MS Excel expertise - logical functions, lookups, pivot tables, external source data, dynamic charts and tables, editing and writing macros.

Nice To Have:

Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, R, and other reporting, analytics, and automation methodologies. Experience with reporting and data visualization tools like Google Analytics/Google Data Studio, EMSI, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc. Knowledge of or experience using job boards, media sites, virtual event tools, etc.
