- Regulatory Strategy and Advocacy Coordinator (Emerging Technology)
- Emerging U.S. regulation/policy on emerging technologies in financial services (Distributed ledgers, digital assets, artificial intelligence and machine-learning, quantum computing, Web3/metaverse)
- Track, summarize and communicate to a set of internal stakeholders key U.S. regulatory/policy developments at the intersection of financial services and emerging technology (primary focus is on distributed ledgers and digital assets)
- Canvas internal stakeholders and synthesize their inputs into Client positions
- Represent Client on trade-association working groups that formulate industry positions on these topics
- Legal/policy/regulatory/advocacy background twinned with tech awareness
- Solid understanding of basic categories and features of digital assets (CBDC, stablecoins, NFTs etc.) and associated regulatory topics
- Knowledge of major U.S. financial services regulation themes and supervisory ecosystem
- Familiarity with last two years of policy/regulatory evolution on crypto assets in the U.S. and globally
- Excellent spoken and written communication; experience in crafting policy/advocacy positions
- Ability to interact at all levels of the organization, including with executive stakeholders
- Prior experience interacting with regulators and policy makers is a strong plus
- COVID-19 considerations: All individuals working on-site must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
