Multiple locations

Oversees the creation and upkeep of workstation images, deployment of software

updates, and application of required endpoint configurations. Ensures patches/updates

for the workstations are pushed in a timely manner. Mitigates all vulnerabilities found on

the workstations. Leads team in on-site management of all Microsoft Endpoint

Configuration Manager (aka System Center Configuration Manager) related functions.

Required Skills:

  • Seven (7) years of progressive experience in the requirements, analysis, design,
development, testing, and maintenance of IT systems and networks with specific

experience in administration of environments using Microsoft's System Center

Configuration Manager (SCCM). Experience shall include at least five projects in

technical areas included in the Statement of Work Task Area 2. At least one project must

have occurred within the past three (3) years.

  • Must possess IT-I security clearance or have a current Single-Scope Background Investigation
(SSBI) at time of proposal submission.

  • Must possess Cyber Security Baseline certification at time of proposal submission
meeting the DOD 8140.01 (DoD 8570 / 8140.01) IAT level II requirements.

  • Must possess required Computing Environment Certification at time of proposal (one of
the following): GCWIN, MCSA WS2012, MCSE WS2012, MCSA WS2016, MCSE

WS2016, MC Azure AA, and / or MC Azure SAE.

Daily duties are the following

The TEAM LEAD will support the day-to-day operations and support-request flow for

J64's Enterprise Software & Mobility Services Branch (J64/CBA), to include the

administration of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) Infrastructure,

Windows Endpoint Patch Management, Third Party Software Packaging, Use of Third-

Party software distribution tools and MECM Client health. This support will include the

support of objects in Microsoft Office 365 and any future office solutions used by DLA.

The support of these requirements are for both the NIPRNET and SIPRNET. The

Administrator will be responsible for meeting the requirements detailed in Section 2.3.1.

The Government may require the contractor to work longer hours on given days and/or

weekends, or remain on-call for after hour support depending on operational needs and

contingencies, (i.e., installation and testing during non-peak hours).

The J64 Enterprise Software and Mobility Service Tech is expected to be adaptable to the

needs of his support group and work independently. As a member of the J64 Enterprise

Software and Mobility Service team, we are customer focused and meeting the need of

the customer may require them to learn new skills and perform new task regularly.

Candidate Desired Skills

  • Document at least Five years' experience with SCCM or MECM using MS 2012, 2016,
or 2019 within the past Three years

  • Document at least Five years of experience with scripting automation using VBScript,
PowerShell, or other scripting languages. With three years' experience using PowerShell

to automate task.

  • Document at least Four years' experience with Windows 10 or newer occurring within
the past two years

  • Document at least Five years' experience with MS 2012, MS 2016, or MS 2019 within
the past two years

  • Document at least Four years' experience with SQL 2016 or newer occurring within the
past two years

  • Document Four years' experience with Active Directory using MS 2012, MS 2016, or
MS 2019 occurring within the past two years

  • Document at least Four year experience with Group Policy Management
