Assist in the development / evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including: contributing to articles, whitepapers, training efforts

Responsible for providing guidance to clients with up to C-level client interactions

Support development and maintenance of program / project charters, schedules, management plans, risk, and supporting artifacts

Provide regular reporting and communication to client / KPMG leadership

Support implementation of quality and performance standards

Support engagement leadership in meeting contractual delivery requirements and KPMG financial targets

Support business development activities such as: identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities

Qualifications:A minimum of three years of experience with project, program or portfolio management, specifically with large-scale transformation programs involving: business process, organization, technology components

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; PMP, Certified BA, and / or ScrumMaster Certification preferred

Experience in business and solution development, project / program management, and project delivery

Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues

Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S. citizenship
