r. Manager of Finance IT Development to join our IT team. Reporting to the Director of Software Development you will:
  • Lead technical implementations/enhancements of Oracle modules to quickly recognize and research complex business problems to expedite resolution.

Lead technical implementations/enhancements of Oracle modules to quickly recognize and research complex business problems to expedite resolution.
  • Work closely with Systems Integrator in ERP upgrade, migration, and conversion efforts
  • Develop and manage functional and technical design specifications and data flows
  • Promote and establish governance across the systems.
  • Lead transition and organization change
  • Organizing status meetings including coordination with the business team, preparing, and presenting project status reports
  • Actively engage in matters related to systems design and architecture.
  • Delivering clear requests for information, responding to vendor requests in timely manner.
  • Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks
  • Communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.
  • Partners with business users to identify process/system improvements, gaps and opportunities through standardization or through IT automation.

Education:
  • Project Management certification (PMP, CSM, etc.) preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting or a related field is preferred
  • CPA/Chartered Accountant or master’s degree in Finance/Accounting is a plus.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience leading application teams (5+ reports) in ERP Application delivery using Oracle e-Business Suite.
  • Expert level domain understanding and functional knowledge in Financials and Accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience working on Oracle e-Business Suite
  • At least 1 Full life cycle Oracle EBS implementation projects involving; Development (DEV), User Acceptance Test (UAT), User Training and GO-LIVE and Postproduction support in Multi-Org Environment.
  • Expert knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite architecture, configurations and setups is required (e.g., table structures/schemas).
  • Strong knowledge/experience with design and development of custom solutions on Oracle
  • Solid experience in integration data mapping and data loader activities.
  • Well versed with standard oracle financials functionality in AR, AP, GL, Project Costing/Billing,
  • Well versed with Period Close of all financial modules (both subledger and GL).
  • Well versed with standard business process flows in financial modules.
