We are looking for Sr. BSA with exp on .NET and SQL projects (min 16 Yrs exp) (LOCAL Candidates ONLY) (Webcam interviews) POSITION DESCRIPTION DIRECT CLIENT Position Number of positions: 1 Length: 14 Months + Location: Washington, DC 20019 Immediate interviews either Webcam or In-person interviews Please note that most of the resources are currently working remote. However, depending on the project situation, this position may require 1 -2 days onsite and rest REMOTE. 16+ years of experience. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. The Client is seeking to acquire a business system analysis with general project management skills. This position shall be utilized to support multiple Applications and Application upgrades. The incumbent shall demonstrate knowledge of both business process design and general IT systems knowledge. The ideal candidate will be providing the business requirements expertise to the project on a daily basis. This includes working with technical and program resources to monitor the progress of delivering system requirements, evaluate the quality of deliverables against business requirements, assess quality of use cases, test cases, and system requirements. The candidate will be a BA on the project and will partner with program and agency IT teams to ensure quality software development and product implementation. The candidate will also perform Project Management activities related to his/her area of involvement. The systems are largely in .NET environment; hence candidate should know .net and Microsoft environment including SQL, SQL server, SharePoint, interfaces etc. Project is expected to modernize several systems. The project will use hybrid (agile and waterfall) approach to deliver the system. This project involves systems enhancements and ongoing development of a new application, and system interfaces etc. Candidates must have ALL the "Required" skills in order to be considered for the position. "Desired" or "Highly Desired" skills are a PLUS but may NOT be required.
