THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Support and Tools - Technology Support - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:- Monitor and respond to a ticketing system for technology issues, updates, and requests.
- Install and maintain a wide variety of technology hardware and software.
- Maintain user access accounts.
