Seeking 2 ServiceNow Business AnalystSubject matter principles:Familiarity with principles of the following domains and their applicability within ServiceNow.
1) cybersecurity governance risk and compliance and security operations
2) data privacy and
3) enterprise risk management
4) GRC
Contract: 1 year
100% Remote- Must come in to the client location in Washington, DC ones a quarter
Collaboration:
Ability to conduct workshops with multiple stakeholder function (cybersecurity, data privacy, enterprise risk management, architecture, product and platform teams, some business functions), to capture their as-is-process needs, current pain-point and design a to-be-model to address the pain-points resulting in streamlined, efficient, effective and auditable processes. Related expected deliverables are business requirements, functional requirements, technical implementation
requirements - Ability to work closely with developers and testers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Requirement Analysis:Experience in gathering and analyzing business/functional/technical implementation requirements for refined migrations from Archer to ServiceNow implementation. Process reengineering : Experience with reviewing, analyzing and redesigning (for robustness, efficiency, effectiveness and simplicity) cybersecurity governance risk and compliance and security operations that were previously in Archer, but need to move to ServiceNowDocumentation Skills : Proficiency in creating comprehensive documentation, including process flows, functional and technical specifications.Analytical Abilities:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication:Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Technical Experience:Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization. Extensive Knowledge : Deep understanding and hands on working experience of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Security Operations modules.
