Job Description:

The work location for this exciting opportunity is virtual. The selected candidate will work 100% remotely from home and can be located anywhere in the United States.

Position Summary:The American Red Cross seeks a creative and energetic Testing & Optimization Technical Lead to join our Fundraising & Marketing Technology Group (FMTG) in supporting applications that help to deliver ARC's mission to "prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors." We accomplish this primarily through public-facing applications at RedCross.org and Redcrossblood.org, an internal gift management platform, as well as several other business systems tied into a corporate intranet called The Exchange.

Responsibilities: Top candidates for this role will have recent significant experience with a recognized brand as a hands-on technical leader with the Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics platforms.

In this role you will support the Testing & Optimization (T&O) Team by: • Partnering with the Testing & Optimization Team to support their testing roadmap for Redcross.org and Redcrossblood.org • Configuring, administering, and operating Adobe Target in support of the T&O roadmap. • Designing and/or developing Adobe target technical solutions to enable multi-touch/multi-channel marketing campaigns. • Partnering with cross-functional teams to assess technology feasibility in executing T&O tests and personalized experiences, as well as develop analytic dashboards and automated reports. • Understanding and educating others in the interplay between Target and other Adobe Experience Cloud products (including Adobe Analytics) to inform and improve T&O capability maturity.

Qualifications: • 5+ years' experience managing Adobe Target within a robust testing environment • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience. • Significant experience with most of the following Target concepts/disciplines:
  • custom audiences, integrating with third-party data systems, trigger views, content sharing through experience fragments, category affinity, custom attributes, Adobe Sensei AI/ML, auto-target/auto-personalization, and recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as customer relationship building skills. • Adapt to and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders and in challenging situations. • Desire to participate in and help build and strengthen a team-oriented environment. • Strong adherence to a consistent delivery methodology and associated deliverable generation. • Experience working with Adobe Launch

Nice-to-have experience that would put you at the top of the candidate pool: • Advanced knowledge of content reuse/syndication with Adobe Experience Manager • Experience in design level documentation of BRD, Technical and architectural diagrams • Significant experience with any of the following Target concepts/disciplines:
  • Profile scripts
  • Server-side testing
  • On-device decisioning
  • Mobile app testing

Essential Functions/Physical Requirements: Depending on work assignment, may require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand, walk and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of up to 20 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read technical information. Overall mobility is essential. May include sitting for long periods of time, driving a vehicle and working under challenging conditions.

Work Conditions: Work is performed indoors with some potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to emergency services relief work. May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout chapter jurisdiction, state and Red Cross system. Because the Red Cross is a disaster response organization, staff may be asked to be on 24-hour call during period of major disaster.

For those candidates located in Colorado, the salary range for this position is: $120K - $160K annual salary. We do not offer bonus pay for this role. Note that the American Red Cross sets salary ranges aligned to a specific geographic location in which the job or employee resides.
