Develop policy, training, and procedure documentation by interviewing subject matter experts, completing tasks, and reading/analyzing regulation documents, business requirement documents, and associated data management materials.

Provide ideas and recommendations regarding the evolution of current training approaches.

Ensure that all training materials include new developments, policy changes, and best practices.

Update the training plan roadmap to include additional appropriate data-related training courses.

Conduct technical training programs, present training materials, and interact directly with stakeholders.

Assist in developing new training programs and preparing educational aids and various standardized training templates and related media.

Prepare and deliver oral and written reports, presentations, policies, plans, and procedures on data management issues for executive-level audiences.

Follow standardized templates and style guides for the creation and maintenance of training materials.

Create, proo, edit, and format policies and procedures.

Prepare all documentation appropriate for an executive-level audience.

Gather technical inputs for all written deliverables. Edit deliverables for content length, spelling, grammar, format, audience, and accuracy.

Maintain a comprehensive library of deliverables and technical documentation.

Support delivery of documents that cover data source analysis, data models, data lifecycle strategy, and other contract deliverables including weekly activity reports and standard operating procedures.

Contribute to continuous improvement of document and quality standards.

Track milestones and deliverables, and report status to task order lead.

Ensure all deliverables adhere to established documentation standards, templates, and appropriate style guide.

Provide writing, editing, and formatting support for all documentation.

Research and translate technical information into understandable language for non-technical audiences.

Own It!Required Qualifications :

At least five (5) years of government or defense industry training experience.

Demonstrated experience in critical thinking and research skills.

Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to strict deadlines.

Solid knowledge and understanding of training development best practices.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with a variety of training delivery methods including online and instructor-led training.

Bachelor's Degree

10+ years of related experience

TS/SCI and eligibility to obtain a polygraph

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge and understanding of data management and governance.

Ability to quickly develop knowledge and understanding of the basic scope and functionality of new data capabilities in order to assess the best way to design and update policy documents.

Demonstrated ability in editing documents for clarity, audience, grammar, and punctuation.
