- UX/UI Designer - 5+ years
- Bachelor Fine Arts Degree or similar OR Digital Media / Graphics related field - REQUIRED
- Only non-graphics degree considered might be Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or similar Usability curriculum
- eCommerce - 2+ years
- Commerce Cloud SFRA (Store Front Reference Architecture) - 1+ years
- Salesforce eCommerce - Big Plus
- High Fidelity Wireframes - 5+ years
- UX Research methodologies - 3+ years
- Accessibility standards WCAG 2.0 or higher - Required
- Designing with Atomic Design in support of pattern libraries and design system - Required
- Visual design comps (Comps = "Comprehensive Layouts) - Required
- Interaction design - Required
- Design systems - Required
- Content (photography, illustration, etc.) - Required
- Clickable prototypes (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch/InVision) - Plus
- Gather requirements from stakeholders - Required
- Manage personal workloads & deadlines - Required
- Develop Workflows - 5+ years
- Created iconography & Illustrations to enhance Design - Plus
- Worked closely with Developers on building Assets & refining User Experience - Required
- Worked with Senior Designers / Creative Directors through design, development and implementation process - Required
- Digital Agency experience - Big Plus
