Special Skillset Advanced proficiency in the following technologies Expertise in Ionic, Cordova Expertise in Angular, Typescript, HTML and CSS Extensive experience delivering solutions to enable personalized customer experience across various digital channels leveraging the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, Adobe Ecosystem such as Adobe Target & Adobe Analytics. Experience in Android-Java/Kotlin and iOS Swift is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in JAVA/AWS/Mule is preferred but not mandatory. Handle the analysis of incidents and problem tickets and work with eCommerce team to resolve it. Attend the Incident management and other support calls and provide team updates. Work as a point of contact from the eCommerce development team for Middleware and App Support teams. Analyze daily environmental issues reported by different test teams and work with cross functional teams to resolve it. Analyze the reviews reported by Customers and work towards its resolution. Identify potential impact areas to existing downstream functionality, presenting risks when appropriate Jira/Atlassian experience is a must. Support after-hours or weekend production releases Support Production hotfixes and hypercare release events Contribute to development process improvement initiatives and cross-team activities
