VariQ is seeking a

Cybersecurity Project Manager to support the

Library of Congress IT Security Services contract

.

Additional Information:
  • Location: Washington, DC
  • Salary: Dependent upon experience
  • Available: Upon award, September 2021

Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of at least 10+ cybersecurity professionals delivering security engineering, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing, SOC tools administration
  • Managing Costs, Schedule and Budgets within acceptable parameters
  • Coordinating with Government Leads and providing status reports as required
  • Ensuring all deliverables are met on time and with quality

Qualifications

  • It is expected that the Project Manager have at least 15 years of technical experience working in the Cybersecurity / IT Security field
  • At least seven (7) + years of experience

    managing Cybersecurity / IT Security projects
  • Cloud experience: (5) + years preferred
  • The Project Manager must have experience leading teams, minimally, of 10 direct reports
  • Must have at least one of the following certifications: CAP, CASP+CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, CCISO, HCISPP
  • ITIL Certification or ITIL experience required

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required
