VariQ is seeking a highly qualified

F

inancial Management System/Travel Management System Support (Tier 2): The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (USICE) Federal Financial Management System (FFMS) Tier II team serves as a support desk providing technical support for the travel system, Concur Government Edition (CGE) and FFMS. FFMS serves as the second level of support for technical problems within CGE and FFMS for US ICE employees and other DHS components with FFMS. They are also responsible for creating/reactivating/deactivating/modifying accounts for users. Tier II forwards any issues relating to policy to the respective OFM components, while technical problems within the software of CGE and FFMS are escalated to Tier III.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 support services that shall include starttofinish issue intake, identification, troubleshooting, and remediation, escalation and tracking for escalations of Financial Management System (currently Federal Financial Management (FFMS)) and Travel Management System (currently Concur Government Edition (CGE)) (trouble tickets) for ICE, DHS Component customers serviced by ICE.
  • Serve as the system administrator for the financial management system and travel management and participate, as needed, in the system administration activities associated with FFMS/CGE application processes.
  • Setup of user profiles, routing and accounting strings during transition and operations periods.
  • Create, modify, delete, and suspend of existing profiles, user accounts, and remove screen(s) within the FFMS/CGE.
  • Assist GPM and program travel program personnel in setting up user profiles, routing, and accounting strings, as required.
  • Establish new user accounts in the FFMS Test instance.
  • Identify users for deprovisioning via Business Intelligence (BI) tools and execute deprovisioning actions with two (2) weeks or employee departure or within seven (7) days of employee email address not appearing in Global Administrative Listing (GAL)/Active Directory (AD).
  • Ensure that terminated or departed employees accounts are removed from both FFMS and CGE.
  • Ad Hoc Requests - Specialized Reporting for FFMs and weekly status reports (included interface and issues status report tracking), including FFMs and NTS stakeholders.
  • Monitor the FFMS/CGE email inbox for incoming requests for FFMS/CGE access or modifications to user profiles and/or accounts
