Overview
Our direct and largest client is a member of the Fortune 500. A leading Federal Integrator, they provide a pioneering vision to the Federal Government through bold ideas and outcomes by accelerating digital process automation. They are looking for an experienced Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for a Federal program in Washington, DC (with REMOTE opportunities.) In this role, you will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the Security team for new and ongoing programs. This is a feel-good program that promotes student achievement and ensures equal access to education opportunity for our nation's children. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens and be able to pass the client's background requirements. Responsibilities- Coordinate program security activities including audits, system release activities, change requests, ad-hoc client requests, deliverables, security documentation updates, and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)
- Establish and manage project plans for program security activities
- Facilitate security meetings with the client
- Track and report on the status of work efforts and coordinate with security capability leads and cross-program teams
- Track open team positions and work with security capability leads to fill positions
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of Information Security Management System (ISMS) experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Experience supporting a team of production designers
