Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Program Analyst to support the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR), Security Management Division (SMD) with establishing policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the safety and security of CBP personnel, facilities, information, and assets. Duties will include program analysis services, technical writing/editing, database management, SharePoint content management, security review and assessment support, meeting facilitation, and report generation for the SMD Physical Security Operations Branch (PSOB).

Responsibilities

  • Provide program analysis and database management, including but not limited to data collection, input, and analysis
  • Use multiple databases (TRIRIGA, MIST, etc.) to track facility inventory items in support of CBP Security Specialists
  • Manage and administer databases to store facility inventories and security data in compliance with the Interagency Security Committee (ISC) Compliance System
  • Run data reports housed in CBP systems and other commercial data management systems
  • Capture new and existing CBP employee and contractor information to input into a database(s)
  • Collect, input, report-on, and provide analysis of Physical Security reports and data
  • Perform maintenance on and modify existing databases as requested
  • Design, develop, integrate, and test databases to facilitate future function(s)
  • Develop reports and metrics as requested
  • Provide analytical and technical assistance, including development of reporting mechanisms, and provide training as requested
  • Telework options are available after initial job on-boarding and training requirements have been met

Qualifications

  • ship with an Acitve Top Secret or ability to obtain one
  • Must have a bachelor's degree or three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Specific experience with Microsoft (MS) Office suites highly desired to include MS Access, MS Excel, and MS SQL Server database administration
  • Must be able to function resourcefully and independently and work in a security branch
