- Lead demand and revenue-generating activities for digital products
- Work closely with sales teams to develop, align, and execute efforts
- Collaborate with product team to develop and continuously improve sales support process
- Track results of the marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related
- At least 7 years of marketing experience with B2B industry, tech vendor, or education technology
- Experience working directly with higher ed and corporate HR educators/administrators
- Demonstrated knowledge of how to build effective knowledge of direct marketing campaigns via sales/marketing automation tools
- Proactive communicator with a track record of strong teamwork and collaboration across all levels
- Excellent communication skills, creative thinker, agile
- Ability to act as public-facing brand spokesperson
