Marketing/Creative - Copy Editor

• We are looking for an experienced editor to help create high quality content for use on digital platforms.
• The editor will focus on key issues in the organization’s priority areas including personal technology, digital literacy, connectivity, online privacy and other topics as needed.
• Ideal candidates have a wide knowledge of subjects of interest to the 50+ population and are able to work collaboratively with editorial colleagues, internal subject matter experts, and various departments within the organization.
• The editor strives for innovative presentations and formats, compelling writing and headlines, and powerful visuals and interactivity, and is able to skillfully edit and shape content for appropriate platforms.
• Previous experience in technology reporting is a must. Project management experience a plus.
• Candidates should also be well-versed in video, social media, emerging platforms and digital media best practices, including search optimization.
