We are seeking a Microsoft Power Apps developer (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint) to analyze the business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions and dashboards. This will include the documentation of process flows, content analysis, and implementing best practices. The person is responsible to provide support and customer interaction, providing incident support and project development to capture business needs, goals and objectives, features, functionality, and process automation using Microsoft Office 365, Power Apps, Power BI and SharePoint online. Responsible for all stages of requirements gathering, development, delivery, and support of solutions that meet business needs using the Office 365 Collaboration suite: including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Office products, Groups, Teams, PowerApps, Power BI.
  • Technical responsibility of developing solutions using MS Flow, PowerApps, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, jQuery, and Client Object Model (CSOM)
  • Maintain excellent knowledge about existing Microsoft Office 365 and emerging strategies and identify, develop opportunities for their use and drive changes.
  • Responsible for pattern and practice of 3rd party integration methods with Office 365
  • Drive continual improvement of the company's Office 365 systems and tools, working closely with internal teams to facilitate increased adoption and knowledge
  • Leverages understanding of Workflow Process Engineering concepts and practices
  • Designs and maintains Office 365 SharePoint Sites and Processes
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on capabilities of Office 365 collaboration tools
  • Work with business users to determine appropriate design requirements
  • Develop custom business forms using Nintex, Power Apps, and Microsoft Forms
  • Develop custom workflows using Nintex, and Microsoft Flow
  • Assist other team members and business site owners with the implementation of new process automation solutions and provide day-to-day operations support
  • Expert knowledge of building apps, page layouts and content types using the O365 API.
  • Experience in using multiple OOTB Connectors with PowerApps and Power automate, and ability to create custom connectors for PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Management of Power BI platform.
  • Design, build and deploy Power BI solutions (reports and dashboards, visualizations)
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting of Power BI reporting solutions, including investigation of data issues and data validation.
  • PowerShell experience
  • Experience with Teams (Creating Teams, public and Private channels)
  • Experience data migration between Teams and SharePoint Online
  • Experience deploys apps to Teams channels

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Required: This position requires a BA/BS in computer science or directly related field with 3-5 years of experience with professional software development in object-oriented language OR equivalent total experience. 3 years of related experience in Office 365 development. 3 years of related experience in Nintex, and Power Apps

  • Workflows SharePoint 2013 Development and Administration
  • Experience in JavaScript/jQuery, HTML and CSS
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) model and Add-in model development
  • SharePoint Migration Experience
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert or Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer a plus
