SharePoint Developer, MidThe Challenge:

As a SharePoint developer, you can solve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced Agile environment. We're looking for a developer with the skills needed to build new services from vision to production-ready system.

As a mid-level SharePoint developer with experience in SharePoint Online configuration and experience developing in the Power Platform. You will create engaging customer experiences using front-end design best practices that leverage the Modern Experience in SharePoint Online. You'll make use of everything that the Power Platform has to offer as you transform how customers interact in a digital workspace. You'll work on projects that meet challenges in the IC, collaborating with your team to build automated business processes and sites in SharePoint and M365 with user centric design. You'll apply your expertise in web development best practices to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front-end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements.

You Have:
  • 4+ years of experience with SharePoint development and architecture experience with SharePoint 2019 and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with business process analysis, user requirements development and documentation, system development lifecycle (SDLC) programming and systems analysis
  • Experience with web development
  • Experience with developing SharePoint sites using the Modern Experience with SharePoint Online or SharePoint 2019
  • Experience with developing solutions with the Power Platform, to include Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience with integrating SharePoint Online with Microsoft Teams and the Power Platform
  • Knowledge of front-end development tools and languages
  • Secret clearance
  • BA or BS Degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting SharePoint migrations to Microsoft 365
  • Experience in SSOM, JSOM, CSOM, REST API, Master Pages, Layouts, Visual Web Part, PowerShell and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • Ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical staff or customers
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certification
