Estimator Responsibilities:
- Prepare Take offs from plans
- Prepare Estimates in detail
- Understand Scope of Work to bid
- Prepare Plumbing Drawings for Field crews
- Establish and Maintain working relationships with Builders and General Contractors
Estimator Skills Needed:
- 2 years as plumbing estimator
- Able to read architectural plans and develop bids
- Strong understanding of residential and light commercial plumbing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to learn our estimating package
- Ability to produce and design drawings on our program
- Able to multi-task and meet strict guidelines and deadlines
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of Plumbing codes and Plumbing Materials used in Residential Plumbing.
