Established home improvement company in DC Metro is seeking a production manager to run the installation department. We specialize in decking, entry doors and windows but occasionally do other home improvement work as well.

Ideal candidate will possess:

- Experience and knowledge of deck building and maintenance

- Experience and knowledge in composite decking and vinyl rails

- Experience and knowledge of door and window installation practices and techniques

- Experience measuring and ordering entry doors and windows

- General knowledge of home improvement

- Ability to work under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Strong desire to lead fast paced and growing team

- Experience and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Recruit, hire, train and motivate subcontractors

- Recruit hire train and motivate production staff

- Troubleshoot any installation issues and communicate directly with customer

- Experience and knowledge of door and window installation practices and techniques

- Assist with ordering all products

- Obtain permits as required

- Maintain 100% customer satisfaction

- Insure that 95% of work orders generated for your region and team are installed within 4 weeks of sold date.

- Maintain a first- time on-time completion ratio of 95%

- Deliver an overall customer satisfaction rate of 4 stars or higher

- Insure collection of all outstanding balances within 60 days or less from contract date
