Business Development Center (BDC) Representative – Auto Dealership
(Chantilly, Northern VA Area)
We are a busy, well-established used car dealership in Northern Virginia looking to hire a BDC Representative to handle inbound leads, follow-ups, and appointment setting.
This is a full-time, in-house position (not remote).
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and text inquiries
Schedule appointments for the sales team
Follow up with prospects using CRM (calls, texts, emails)
Confirm appointments and manage daily call lists
Maintain accurate notes and lead status in CRM
Provide professional, friendly customer communication
Requirements:
Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred
Strong phone and communication skills
Comfortable working with CRM systems (training provided)
Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented
Auto dealership experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation:
$12–$17 per hour (based on experience)
Performance bonuses for appointments shown and vehicles sold
Opportunity to earn $45,000–$55,000+ per year

Full-time
Must be available on Saturdays
