Longeviti seeks a Program Manager to provide mission support to the US Navy Program Executive Office (PEO) Digital OPS/ADMIN Support Service. In this position, you will have responsibility for the overall management of the contract, including overseeing a 30+ person team providing Operations and Administrative Support Services to Program Executive Office (PEO) Digital. The Program Manager is the primary point of contact for all contract matters and has overall authority for the contract execution. The Program Manager is also responsible for successful delivery of the tasks to the customer.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
  • Must

    have an active Secret security clearance. Only candidates with a current Secret clearance will be considered.
  • Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the primary Longeviti point of contact to the U.S. Navy
  • Manage teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations
  • Manage a team of 30+ staff, including subcontractors
  • Oversee and manage deliverables
  • Identify innovative and creative ways to enhance the delivery of customer services
  • Provide oversight for research, planning and execution of project deliverables and tasks to meet contract requirements
  • Manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance
  • Define or contribute to the program baseline then execute the program to comply with baseline requirements
  • Manage risk, customer relationships, and program staffing
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Develop program performance measures and monitors and evaluates program performance throughout the life cycle to include subcontractors
  • Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions, involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks
  • Maintain and manage client interface at the senior levels of the client organization
  • Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items
  • Ensure conformance with program task schedules and costs
  • Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers
  • Oversee contract administration activities and ensure compliance with contract, public law, regulations, Executive Orders, agency policies, etc.
  • Responsible for recruiting, retention, hiring replacements, and staff compliance with contractual agreements
  • Write, speak, and brief senior military and civilian staff, contractor staff, and wider audiences
  • Work well under pressure and on the Government site
  • Counsel, coach, and discipline employees when needed
  • Work well in teams; manage multiple competing priorities
  • Must have demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and teams

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • 10+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary, integrated teams for federal clients, ideally in the Department of the Navy
  • Ability to work onsite at the Washington Navy Yard (WNY), Washington, DC.
  • Experience with organizing and assigning responsibilities to subordinates (including subcontractors)
  • Adept at reviewing the workload of each team member and assigning them to support high volume programs and projects based on the mission, current speed, volume, and demand of the client

EDUCATION:
  • Master's degree and 10 years of relevant work experience or bachelor’s degree plus 14 years of relevant work experience.
