We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estimator.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing civil construction projects from inception to completion. The role requires a strong understanding of construction management principles, Estimating, budget management, scheduling, and quality control, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of general construction practices.
Key Responsibilities for Estimator - General Construction:
Manage multiple civil construction projects, from project initiation to closeout
Create project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans
Analyze and interpret project plans, specifications, and requirements
Prepare cost estimates and project proposals
Prepare and manage contracts and subcontracts
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, quality standards, and safety regulations
Manage project risks and provide mitigation strategies
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
Review and approve project invoices and change orders
Provide regular project status updates to senior management
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
At least 5 years of experience in civil project management and estimating.
Strong knowledge of General Construction.
