- Architect, develop and deploy AI/ML solution for a search application involving documents
- Work with Cloud Architect and developers to integrate the ML model with search component
- Apply different ML algorithms as needed, tune the model for better performance/search results
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI/ML solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML technologies and trends, and continuously improve the AI/ML solutions and processes
- Strong architecture, design and hands-on experience with AI/ML solutions involving various neural networks/deep learning/NLP utilizing frameworks Keras/TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Hands-on experience other significant Machine Learning algorithms
- Experience in applying Neural networks/Deep learning/ NLP solutions to real world problems preferably in search domain
- Experience in integrating ML algorithms with end user applications, accounting for data pipelines and feedback loops
- Experience in maintaining deployed ML based systems
- Development experience with Python and Java
- Proficiency in AWS cloud technologies, Amazon RDS databases, Amazon SageMaker, SQL, and PostgreSQL
- Ability to set the Machine Learning direction within the team
- Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Quick learner with an ability to self teach to traverse frequently changing technologies and industry standards
- Prior experience in AWS GovCloud and using FedRAMP moderate+ impact level AWS services
- Experience/knowledge with DevSecOps software development practices and/or tools
- Experience/knowledge with Container, Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes
- Passion for contributing to technically complex projects
- Knowledge of software engineering development, test, operational and maintenance best practices
- Curious problem solver who seeks to understand the underlying technology behind the product
- Excellent problem solving skills, from design to engineering execution - including crisis management, communication, issue tracking, triaging and providing recommendations to team/stake holders
