- This person will be working with the users to collect requirements and communicate with the team to explain requirements.
- Work with the UXM team to explain requirements and get the UXM ready.
- Work closely with Business users on gathering and documenting requirements and perform UAT and other activities.
- If this person understands technical details, that will be a plus
- Agile certified and can work as a scrum master role too
- Any relevant certifications would be a plus.
