- Client Project:
- Work with the supporting technology teams and customers to develop user stories, develop test scripts, conduct testing, participate in migrations, deliver training, update relevant documentation, and provide early-live support when the process and/or supporting technology changes are introduced.
- Analyze new use cases and work with architecture on proof of concepts / solutions
- Support discussions among multiple stakeholders to resolve issues or suggest middle-of-the- road solutions
- Gather business requirements and translate them into workable solution specifications and documents (Requirements, Stories, Process Flows/Maps, etc)
- Support Key Performance Indicators for every effort
- Develop and/or Deliver End User Testing or Training
- Closely support the Business Process Consultant
- Areas of Focus:
- Define industry and client-specific business processes and identify opportunities for business process optimization
- Build upon existing expertise to cover additional areas of platform or business processes
- Nurture Client Relationships:
- Develop close, trusted relationships with assigned client representatives
- Be available, as needed, for client or project team sessions
- Quickly identify client discord and raise to project team leadership
- Ensure that all client needs are fully met and that the client is introduced to all internal parties who may be required to serve such needs
- Delivery Development:
- Create templated delivery materials (functional guides, workshop decks, training materials, etc) and train staff on new or improved methodologies
- Coach, train, or mentor junior delivery resources
- Sales & Marketing Support:
- Identify potential sales opportunities that arise during client engagements
- Support Sales and Marketing initiatives, as needed
- Offer Pre-Sales Support, as needed
- Education level
- Some mix of the following preferred:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience welcome

- Professional Experience
- 5 years of leadership experience in technology, industry, or software/platform-related areas
- 1-3 years working with/directly for C-level executives
- 1-3 years of Organizational Change Management / Enablement
- Some mix of the following preferred:
- 1-3 years of Consulting Experience
- 1-2 years of ServiceNow Platform (or other software) experience
- Professional Background
- A strong mix of the following, preferred:
