Looking for a Lead, someone to take ownership of the CI/CD toolchain. Must have experience in Automation of Tool Chain in Cloud and on-Prem. Candidate will apply best practices to the existing toolchain and make adjustments. WE have a great opportunity that just opened up with a Top Client of ours for a critical position on their team. Position Length - Long Term Contract Position Title: Sr DevOps Engineer Location: Washington, DC area Job Description: 1) CI/CD pipeline experience (Automation)Both On Prem and In AWS Cloud 2) Linux, Python and shell scripting 3) Jenkins, Git, Github, Maven, Nexus 4) AWS Cloud Formation, AWS EC2, VPC, S3, Lambda, and other native services, Cloud Foundry, Docker, Kubernetes 5) Java programming (Python is a great added bonus) 6) SQL and data manipulation with Oracle and Clouud data structures 7) ICart is used as the Orchestration tool on prem, will be migrating to Urban Code Deply (UCD) Soft Skills: 1) Strong Communication skills, showing strength and Leadership 2) Will be supporting 5 different Product teams 3) Ability to Lead, Mentor and guide others when necessary4) Will be the liason to Enterprise Infrastructure, Cloud and Devops COE Position is starting remotely but must be on site when client wants the team on site.
