Contract roles open with our team.Location - Washington, DC (Onsite)Responsibilities:
- To manage Customer’s Information booths in HQ buildings
- Answer/address OpenText Content Server access issues, how-to questions, questions on folder structure / file plan.
- Desk support for VIPs only
- Remote support for regular users from Customer’s booth
- Troubleshoot issues related to Customer’s OpenText Content Server, and Keep the INC resolution within the agreed SLA
- Triage cases to OpenText Cloud support team, and other customer internal support teams as needed such as desktop engineering, mobile engineering, etc.
- Update knowledge articles pertaining to Customer’s solution.
- Previous helpdesk support experience for IT tools
- At least 5 years of experience in the Information Technology field
- Experience using Windows Client or Windows Server OS, Microsoft Office
- Knowledge about content management tools such as OpenText Content Server preferred but not required.
- Good communication skills.
