This position will support the Identity Verification workstream by acting as a product owner/busines systems analyst and serving as an active member of the IVS Agile Development team, along with the Scrum Master and Developers. This position is not a developer but rather will be a representing the user/business owners voice in development discussions.Defining and prioritizing user stories to maximize value delivery to meet user needs is where the IVS PO role starts. Extensive communications with IVS business and technical teams and users to ensure the right work is prioritized. Collaborating with developers to detail stories and define acceptance criteria are key to ensuring the right work gets done during the sprint. At the conclusion of the sprint the IVS PO, as the client proxy, either accepts or rejects the work delivered.Responsibilities will include:• Serve as the voice of the business client to the technical team• Develop scope and define backlog items (features and user stories), including acceptance criteria, ensuring they’re clearly understood by the IVS development team.• Drives development of technical requirements with the IVS development team• Support application design sessions by providing guidance to IVS development team• Maintain TSLC compliance for projects• Responsible for acceptance of work delivered by the IVS development team• Interface with other external development teams• Recommend upgrades/enhancements to existing systems/solutions• Prioritize and maintain the backlog, balancing stakeholder requirements, to deliver maximum value.• Collaborate with IVS Business team, support and Testing teams throughout the development process.• Perform in a cross-functional team environment.• Ensure the business model and value proposition are understood by the IVS development team, external teams and the IVS business teams• Represents the IVS development team in front of the IVS business team, support teams and customer (if needed)• Work in an Agile environment and continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.• Understand enabler work requirements and communicate those needs.• Contribute to the program vision and roadmap.Applicants must provide their phone number.
