Role: Kronos WFM Consultant with WFC / WFD implementation

Location: Washington, DC

Fulltime Position Client is seeking a Kronos WFM Consultant with WFC / WFD implementation experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on the Kronos WFM product for customer's requirements. The selected candidate be able to implement the Kronos WFC/WFD solution for Timekeeping, Absence Management, Forecasting, Advanced Scheduling, Workforce Planner. Interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and provide advisory services on WFM processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Washington DC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of experience with IT.
  • Kronos Functional/Technical Consultant with implementation experience (at least 3-4 projects including cloud implementations) and upgrade experience (at least 2 projects)
  • Very good experience in Kronos WFC & WFD implementation with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals & Leave, Activities, Attendance, Scheduling modules, Dell Boomi and Workforce Integration Manager.
  • Kronos WFD implementation / migration experience. WFD implementation & integration ready professional
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
  • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications: Proven skills in strategy, software selections, change management, best practice assessments, solution roadmaps and business case analysis. Strong customer orientation and capable of steering organizations through strategic WFM initiatives with a focus on market needs, user adoption, quality and change/transformational leadership. Building and leading top-performing project teams providing best practice global program initiatives covering key improvement areas of people, process and technology. Experience in extensive client interactions involving detailed discussions on functional and technical requirements and providing solutions from a domain and product perspective Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
