BACKGROUND:Technology Services (TS) is looking for one OBIEE consultants with experience in upgradingOracle Business Intelligence from 11.1.10.2.to 11.1.1.10.3, and troubleshooting performanceissues of OBIEE environment, in addition has the following requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:Support for the complete OBIA upgrade from 11.1.10.2.to 11.1.1.10.3Support the upgrade process for development, test, user acceptance testing, andproduction environmentsKnowledge on database design – Creation of data model, Tables, Indexes, Views,Materialized views, Synonyms, Sequences for better performance of the database.Has Good knowledge on Oracle Data integrator, Oracle ADF and BI Publisher.Leveraging BI Server Caching to get most benefits out of the Cached queries andreturn the same result without hitting the database multiple times.Removing Snowflake across dimensions and create the Foreign Key for eachDimension into Fact to create Star model, where applicableApplying Bitmap Index for all Foreign Key columns, and Bitmap Join IndexEnsuring that the RPD is in sync with the database to avoid full outer joinsOptimizing setting of NQSConfig.INI parameters such as sort memory size, sortbuffer increment size, etc.Managing optimally some key values like maximum session limit, and database andserver executionFluency in SQL and dimensional modeling concepts7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware AdministrationMiddleware Certification is preferredAbility to work closely with business partners, TS, and project manager

NONCONFIDENTIAL // EXTERNALPossess strong oral and written communication skillsStrong experience in Project methodologies, Agile, SDLC, DW and BI infrastructureand architecture using middleware OBIEE, OBIA, data loading, schedule and monitorworkflows/jobs, and dimensional modelling using Star schema in Data warehouse lifecycle.Hands on experience on metadata modeling Architecting BI/DW projects,configuring Data Warehouse Administration Console (DAC), Informatica ETLProcess and a technocrat with expertise in systems design, implementation, andtesting.Hands-on experience in using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Stored Procedures, Packagesand Object types to meet data integration and processing requirements.Experience in handling Third party tools such as SQL Developer, SQLLoader andToad.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities shall include, but is not limited to, the following:Delivers the DW/BI project and developing the solution architecture for the project.Coordinates the implementation partner and business functions to finalize therequirements and deliver them in a timely mannerSets up the necessary infrastructure for the project and coordinating with variousdepartments in IT for the interfacing requirements for developing the necessaryextractions from source systems.Fixes any issues with the HR analytics interfaceValidates, tests and fixes any errors of the ODI ETL errors from source to targetmigrationSupports the migration ODI packages from one environment to another
