- The resource will provide Oracle E-Business expertise in the B2R workstream, with a focus on GL and Fed Admin. This resource will participate in and guide the team with financial, accounting and budget business process discussions. Ability to work in a team and good communication skills are essential. The candidate will independently analyze the current state and design and implement solutions in Oracle EBS with focus on Oracle General Ledger and Federal Admin module functions, to include the chart of accounts. Strong Federal functional knowledge is important.
- Perform as an Oracle EBS Procure to Pay (P2P) functional analyst responsible for analysis, solutioning, testing, and production support of an Oracle EBS program
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other cross-functional team members (Developers, Functional Analysts, and Testers) to produce scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions utilizing Oracle and related technologies
- Provide recommendations supportive of the program’s global implementation and long-term organization strategy for enterprise level applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements
- Work in Business Intelligence - Data Management and Reporting Solutions
- Responsible for configuring commitments, obligations and outlays.
- Responsible for analyzing and solutioning application issues, and assisting cross-functional teams testing and implementing resolutions
- Able to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
- Experience analyzing business requirements and/or implementing changes for accounting systems, specifically chart of accounts.
- Experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) federal functional analyst with accounting system knowledge including Obligations and adjustments required.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite with focus on Oracle Financials.
- Experience with Configuring Chart of Accounts and Accounts Receivable.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of accounting systems specifically accounting codes and/or chart of accounts required.
- Extensive Experience with AR/AP netting.
