Longeviti LLC is searching for a Program Evaluator. Longeviti seeks a Program Evaluator to provide mission support to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Administration of Children and Families (ACF), Office of Human Services Emergency Preparedness and Response (OHSEPR).
SECURITY CLEARANCE:- Must have an active Secret clearance or be able to obtain the required clearance.
- Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen.
- Responsible for engaging stakeholders, consultants, and other collaborators who bring the skills and interests needed to plan and conduct the evaluation
- Conduct program evaluations, including written reports
- Perform quantitative data sources and analysis
- Work with a wide variety of stakeholders, including representatives of target programs and populations
- Develop innovative approaches to evaluation while considering the realities affecting a program. Understand both the potential benefits and risks of evaluation
- Report to Program Manager, U.S. Repatriation Program Evaluation and Support Contract
- 3-5 years related experience
- Able to communicate effectively with others
- Excellent organization skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) is preferred
