BACKGROUND:

The Information Systems and Technology section of the Division of Consumer and CommunityDevelopment (DCCA) seeks the services of a Contractor to serve as a Senior Project Manager toassist during identification, building, and implementation of technology solutions to implementmodernized CRA.

REQUIREMENTS: At least ten (10) years of experience with project management and/or business processimprovement in public regulatory agencies involving multiple stakeholders. At least five (5) years of experience with financial services industry consulting, includingdemonstrated expertise with public sector engagements. At least five (5) years of experience identifying project risks and developing mitigationstrategies. Project management and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred. Demonstrated experience in building processes that foster effective communication andcollaboration between groups with overlapping responsibilities in complex organizations. Demonstrated evaluation and change management skills.

INTERNAL FR/OFFICIAL USE // EXTERNAL Ability to engage, collaborate, influence, negotiate with customers, internal and externalstakeholders, and vendors; adept at framing the problem, scoping the work, definingdelivery processes, and developing key success measures. Ability to deepen business knowledge and build relationships that lead to participation ininnovation activities and adoption of successful solutions. Skilled at building relationships across business units and corporate functions to influenceprocess or policy changes. Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas in an engaging and easy to understand way. Ensure consideration of the holistic view of the initiative(s) including end-to-end businessprocesses for implementation. Experience with agile project management methodology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Contractor shall: Serve as a senior project manager Provide a variety of services including but not limited too providing an independent perspectiveo providing recommendations if directed by Board staff or by Board designatedemployee(s)o drafting deliverables to help support stakeholder buy-in and external credibilityfor interagency collaboration

Provide ongoing project operational support in the following areas:o Project managemento Dependency managemento Stakeholder managemento Vendor selection processo Alignment of IT roadmap with expected business outcomeso Tracking and management of key performance metrics.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:The place of performance shall be virtually and on-site at 1825 & 1875 K Street, NW,Washington, DC 20551 at least 6 days per month.
