The work:
  • Sustainment Support manager is responsible for managing the sustainment functional team and be the liaison between the sustainment support team and business owners and government leads
  • Collaborate with Application development, Security, Basis and Service Management teams.
  • Responsible to status and provide project updates to program leadership.
  • Primary point person for any sustainment escalations and is responsible for providing timely update to program leadership and government leads.
  • Manage sustainment workplans, deliverables, timelines, and status reports.
  • Delivery Lead experience to include team coordination of workload, prioritization, and management
  • Experience with client management (with Branch Chiefs and Division Chiefs
  • Provide status/risk management and coordination
  • Responsible for all Team related Communications and coordination
  • Coordinate across Technical Teams (BI/BW reporting, Basis), Functional (across modules), Development, Service Management/Training/Communications teams, Application Security, and Middleware (Portal, P)
Eligibility Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this role, no dual citizenship
Here's what you need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (OR Associate's Degree plus 2 additional years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma plus 4 additional years of relevant experience)
  • 5 years SAP Delivery experience in Public and/or Government sector
  • Experience across SAP Modules (x and/or Hana)
  • Experience with SAP Finance process to include one or more of the following: (FI/FM, Spend Chain, Cost Management, Reimbursable/Debt Management)
  • SAFe Agile experience

Bonus points:
  • Using/modifying ServiceNow (SNOW) – ticket backlog management, planning, assignment, analysis for team improvement and reporting
  • SAP certifications in FI/FM, or FICO, or SAP Integration
  • Agile Certification in SAFe Teams, Scrum Master, etc
  • Government SIPR/SCIF for system support
  • High to Low Data Protection process
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $80,000 - $112,100 and information on benefits offered is here.
