Excellent for college students or anyone looking for additional income.Event Preparation and Setup Responsibilities:- Coordinate with the Booking Manager regarding event assignments and check emails regularly for updates or changes.- Arrive at events on time, dressed in the appropriate attire as specified for the event (typically white button-downed shirt, black dress pants/slacks, and black dress shoes unless specified otherwise).- Bring necessary tools, including a wine opener, ice scoop, and matches, to each event.- Set up the event space according to the Event Captain’s instructions, which may include arranging tables, buffet stations, service areas, and bars.Waiter Responsibilities:Responsibilities may include setting up the room, passing hors d'oeuvres, attending a buffet, or serving a plated meal.Bartender Responsibilities:Responsible for setting up and serving beer, wine, or full-premium bars and must know how to mix basic drinks and provide outstanding customer service.Chefs and Chef's Assistants:Support the culinary operations of the event, including preparing and presenting hors d'oeuvres, buffet items, or a plated meal.
