An established Bethesda Bar & Restaurant is searching for a Lead Cook/Kitchen Manager to oversee daily duties and catering.
Ideal Candidates should have:
Previous Management experience
2-5 yrs in medium to high volume restaurant environment
Catering experience
Some front of house experience
Duties include:
Staff supervision
Prep work and inventory
Menu development for a variety of events
Ordering & scheduling
Day to day operations in a very "hands on" environment
Light clean up
