Founded in San Francisco in 2006 by Parisian restaurateur Samie Didda and Certified Sommelier
and wine producer, Germain Michel, Amelie Wine Bar quickly gained a reputation for its
meticulously curated selection of French and international wines, creative seasonal dishes,
great music and energetic vibe.
We are currently recruiting for servers, hosts, and captains with:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
Passion for hospitality and customer service
Competent to advanced food and wine knowledge
