We are in search of Bartenders, Axe Pros, Fun Facilitators, Kitchen Creators for the new space that is opening February 2020.
You are enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing. You can get a crowd excited. You are a skilled bartender. You are a skilled line cook.You are a team player. You have high standards. You are the face of a new one-of-a-kind experiential concept. You will facilitate memorable live-action axe throwing, footbowl, and curling experiences for guests. You would never serve a beverage to a guest that you wouldnt serve to your family and friends. You have experience in the hospitality industry. Your goal is to increase customer satisfaction. You are detail-oriented and dedicated to FUN! You are the reason our guests return again and again.
No curling, axe throwing, and footbowl experience required! We will provide all the techniques and knowledge you need
Essential Functions:
Captivate guests by providing an enthusiastic experience
Uphold safety protocols to ensure staff and guests continued safety
Fully and safely teach experiences to all guests
Oversee the matches and games between guests and keep score
Quality control of facilities, ranges, and equipment
Serve food & beverage to guests
Venue cleaning and janitorial duties as assigned
Candidate Qualifications:
Explosive Personality
Hospitality Experience Preferred
Must be 18 years old to serve alcohol; 21 to work at bar
Exemplary customer service instincts
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, required
Troubleshooting ability
Ability to command and maintain attention of large groups of people
Must be available weeknights and weekends
Physical Requirements
Must stand for entirety of shift
Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
Must have full range of motion of arms and hands to reach, grasp, and place
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Part-Time / Full-Time Available - FLEXIBILITY with scheduling days/hours a plus
