Washburn Wine Company, a Baltimore-based distributor of family estate fine wines, imported craft beers and premium spirits, is growing and is looking for an additional full-time wine/beer/spirits salesperson in DC.
We are looking for someone currently in the business, who has the contacts and can hit the ground running. You will cover both restaurants and retailers and while proven experience and knowledge is preferred, it is not required (a strong selling personality is!). We have a proven (and growing) portfolio and our great team is here to support your efforts. This is salary position that will transition over into a commission-based one for the right determined salesperson. If you are personable, know how to sell and are extremely self-motivated and organized, this is the job for you! You must have your own car, be able to lift 50 pounds, and able to work nights and weekends (when required) as well as run staff trainings and consumer tastings.
