A licensed group day support program is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead daily operations and oversee person-centered services for adults with developmental disabilities. This full-time leadership role includes supervision of direct support staff, coordination of services, and ensuring compliance with DBHDS regulations. The Program Director will also oversee ISP development, implementation, and service planning to support individual goals and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in ID/DD services or human services
Working knowledge of DBHDS standards, ISP processes, and documentation
Bachelor’s degree in human services, healthcare, or related field required
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
