- Back end - Testing transition from Oracle database & Cloudera to Snowflake (data lake) to ensure that all EDI transactions that are posting to Snowflake are saved on the new system.
- Front end - Testing transition to AWS Cloud. Experience testing Angular JS, JavaScript is essential.
- Both Manual and Automation testing. Experience with BDD / Cucumber / Selenium / Java. This hiring manager tends to select Testers who started their careers as Java developers and moved into testing. • Manipulation of 837/835 EDI /XML files to generate a wide variety of valid claims• Write complex SQL queries for retrieval of required from multi-database environment. (Strong knowledge of Oracle database required).• Ability to execute all phases of the testing process in a multi-server environment. Requires the ability to define and maintain testing environments and/or configuration.• Hands on UNIX knowledge to write and execute queries would be preferred.
- Ability to write scripts to run queries in an automated fashion would be a plus.
- 5+ years of testing experience including front-end, back-end, database, manual, automation, rules-based, testing• Strong SQL, Oracle, Snowflake skills and experience. Ability to write complex SQL queries.
- Experience database testing of migrations of data from data warehouse to Snowflake.
- Experience with BDD / Cucumber / Selenium / Java and rule based engine testing is ESSENTIAL.
- Some experience and knowledge of Claim Adjudication process – including knowledge of 837/835 EDI formats & ability to manipulate 837/835 EDI /XML files to generate a wide variety of valid claims
- Experience with very large, high-volume transaction systems, MQ/JMS Messaging, web services, and GUI development (Angular JS)• 2+ years of relational database experience including generating complex queries, setting up database connections, and automating query processing.
