Our client, a defense technology organization, is looking for a remote HR Federal Staffing Specialist to join their team.About You:Bachelor?s Degree is not required for this position.8+ years of Federal HR staffing experience required.Delegated Examining (DEU) certification required.Knowledge of Federal staffing policies including adjudicating qualifications, veteran?s preference, delegated examining, and merit promotion.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.The Job:In-depth knowledge of full life cycle recruiting.Conduct detailed reviews of applicant submission packages.Prepare vacancy announcements and upload into the Talent Acquisition System.Prepare offer packages including tentative offers, requests and verification of required documentation, and tracking candidate responses.Complete job analysis of applicant work history.This is temporary role that pays $36-$40/hour and a salary of $75K-$90K for the permanent position, depending on experience.
