RECRUITER
BGS Consulting, located in Vienna, seeks an energetic, full-time recruiter to fill both contract and direct hire finance/accounting positions with our clients.
Job Requirements:
Proactively source, attract and maintain pipeline of existing and potential candidates primarily in accounting and finance
Collaborate with BGS business development team and clients to define scopes of work
Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the company's ATS
Prioritize, create and post jobs to applicable job boards
Promote latest trends in recruiting to management's attention
Qualifications / Skills
CIR preferred, but no required
1-3 years of recruiting experience
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and ATS systems
Impeccable organization and communication skills
